Before the busyness of September begins, all ages are invited to gather for an outdoor service and picnic. We’ll bless backpacks as children and youth return to school as well as adults’ backpacks, computer bags, tote bags, diaper bags, even attache cases (if anyone still carries one). Please bring your backpack or bag with you. This service will also introduce the new UUA worship and education program, “Woven Faith” as we weave together our needs, hopes, and gifts for the coming church year.
