This Earth Day sermon explores what it means to live as faithful caretakers of God’s creation. Drawing on a story from a small island in Belize, we’ll reflect on rules for living that call us to do no harm, do good, and live in deeper relationship with the earth and one another.
Rev Dottie Yunger is a marine biologist, ordained elder, and commissioned Earthkeeper in the United Methodist Church, combining her call to ministry and her call to creation care. She currently serves as Education Division Director at the Maine State Aquarium and lives in Newcastle.
