This will be a Water Communion Service. Many of our UU congregations celebrate a version of this ritual each year. You are each invited to bring a small vial of water from a place that is important to you. This may be water from an exotic trip, from your dog or cat’s bowl, a stream or lake nearby or from your faucet. You can use water that symbolizes the water you would have brought (back with you from your travels) if you would have known a month or more ago. We will pour that water into a common bowl during the service, symbolizing our flowing back together as a community of faith, hope, love and action.
